Orquídeas de Ciudad Vieja
Regenerative Bio-Urban Living. A curated real estate development structured for scalability and ecological resilience.

The Problem
Urban development often ignores biological integrity, resulting in fragmented spaces that lack ecological resilience and wellness-centric design, failing both the investor and the inhabitant.
The Opportunity
Regenerative Bio-Urbanism
Orquídeas de Ciudad Vieja redefines real estate by integrating a regenerative biophilic ecosystem. This mixed-use development represents a paradigm shift in investor value: high-growth performance met with environmental and human-health legacy assets. We aren't just building; we are orchestrating a living market ecosystem.
The Bio-Urban Model
MARKET THESIS
Investor demand is shifting toward legacy assets that demonstrate verified ecological performance. Our thesis bridges the gap between traditional real estate and regenerative finance, capturing alpha in markets where bio-certified developments command higher premiums and sustained tenant retention.
Orquídeas de Ciudad Vieja transforms urban development through a regenerative framework. We integrate living systems into building architecture, restoring local biodiversity while optimizing energy efficiency and human well-being. This proprietary bio-urban approach ensures environmental resilience and long-term asset appreciation.
Business Architecture
Asset Structuring
Proprietary land acquisition and regenerative zoning permits.
Revenue Pillars
Mixed-use leases, wellness club memberships, and bio-data credits.
Strategic Exit
Institutional portfolio inclusion or tokenized REIT transition.

Valipay provides payment and settlement infrastructure and does not itself constitute an investment offering, broker-dealer, investment adviser or guarantee of investment performance.
The Minds Shaping a New Urban Model
Orquídeas de Ciudad Vieja brings together strategic vision, architecture and engineering to explore a different way of developing cities — one where communities, nature, mobility and the built environment are designed as parts of the same interconnected system.
The project begins in Ciudad Vieja, Guatemala, but its underlying vision reaches further: developing principles that can eventually be applied to larger urban environments, helping create decentralized communities, improve connectivity and address one of Guatemala's most persistent urban challenges — traffic congestion.

Concept & Urban Vision
Juan Jordan
Juan Jordan created the original concept behind Orquídeas de Ciudad Vieja, conceiving the building and mixed-use complex as an integrated destination where residential living, commerce, wellness, culture, hospitality, nature and community could coexist within a single development.
Rather than approaching the project as a conventional real-estate building, he developed its underlying concept as an interconnected ecosystem — defining the strategic vision, experience, uses and broader purpose that would shape the identity of Orquídeas from its foundation.
From that original concept, Juan expanded the project into a broader urban study: exploring how the same principles of mixed-use development, decentralization, green infrastructure, pedestrian connectivity and proximity between living, work and essential services could be applied at a larger city scale.
At the center of that evolution is a fundamental question: what if cities could be designed so people no longer needed to cross them every day simply to live, work, access services and participate in community?
Orquídeas therefore represents both the original development concept and the first prototype of a larger urban vision aimed at creating more connected, human-centered and environmentally integrated communities — with the long-term potential to help reduce traffic congestion and rethink urban growth in Guatemala.

Spatial Intelligence
Esteban Montes
Esteban Montes brings the architectural language required to transform the vision of Orquídeas into spaces people can actually experience.
With a background spanning architecture, architectural consulting, visualization, render and 3D modeling, his contribution helps translate the project's larger urban philosophy into human-scale environments where buildings, landscape, circulation and community interact intentionally.
His role is not simply to design structures, but to help answer a more important question: how should a place feel, function and connect when architecture becomes part of a living ecosystem?
Through architecture, Orquídeas begins turning an urban thesis into a tangible place.

Infrastructure Intelligence
Werner Haasler
Werner Haasler provides the engineering and project-management perspective required to bridge ambitious urban ideas with physical and operational reality.
His background in civil engineering, urbanization projects, infrastructure coordination, budgeting, scheduling, multidisciplinary teams and risk management brings structural discipline to the evolution of Orquídeas.
His contribution focuses on the systems underneath the architecture: infrastructure, constructability, circulation, implementation and the engineering logic necessary for a development to function as an integrated whole.
If architecture gives the vision form, engineering determines whether that vision can operate, scale and endure.
Vision. Architecture. Engineering. Three disciplines converging around one objective: transforming Orquídeas de Ciudad Vieja into a living prototype for a more connected, human and sustainable way of building cities.
